Our Story
Labon was started by three like minded individuals who realised that there is a dearth of quality, Indian-made products in the paints and protective coatings industry. With a joint passion to give back to society, and over 100 years of collective experience, Labon was started in 2019 with that aim in mind.

Today, we have cutting edge and superior quality products across various segments, namely Car Refinish, Commercial Vehicles, Wood Finish, Industrial, Aerospace, and Marine to name a few. We are also the youngest paint company to start exporting their products.

Professional Profile:
Subash Sodeshi is a seasoned techno-commercial expert with a distinguished career spanning 36 years in the multinational coatings industry. Renowned for his high level of integrity and leadership acumen, Subash's extensive national and international experience has solidified his reputation as a pioneer in the field.

This venture is dedicated to providing customers with cutting-edge green technology at competitive prices. The company boasts a state-of-the-art Research and Development Laboratory and Production Facility in Karnataka, India, staffed by industry veterans.

Career Highlights:

Garware Paints: Began his career in the production department.
ICI Paints: Worked in OEMs and the refinish division, launching COBRA and AUTOCOLOR in the western region. Collaborated closely with R&D and training departments.
Sadolin Paints – Oman: Gained international experience by handling Gulf and CIS countries.
Akzo Nobel: Launched SIKKENS, LESONAL, and SIKKENS AUTOCOAT BT products from scratch. Was part of the management committee from day one and oversaw operations in SAARC countries.
KAPCI Coating (China): Assisted in expanding their presence across Asia.
